    Jaffe was incredible to work with leading up to the wedding, especially with all the extra work she did for me in the month ahead of the wedding with vendor coordination, booking numerous rentals with other companies, and being a patient, go to source for all my last-minute questions and changes. Her response time was prompt, and she was always available when I needed to call on her for input or with a concern.

    I couldn’t have imagined my actual wedding day without Jaffe present as onsite, day-of-coordinator. When I walked in the room after Jaffe and her team spent the day setting up, everything was flawless and everything I hoped the space would be. Jaffe and her team went above and beyond throughout the event coordinating various logistics between vendors, making sure the timeline was followed, and even went out of her way to make sure a platter of appetizers, desserts and drinks were available for us at various times throughout the night knowing all the directions my husband and I were being pulled in. She even brought toys to help the youngest kids in my wedding party cooperate. Aside from making sure the wedding overall was running smoothly, all of these personal gestures were all so thoughtful and appreciated.

    We used Graceful Events for day of coordination for our wedding and to say they went above and beyond is an understatement. From our first call with Jaffe she was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions as well as providing vendor recommendations for us.

    Leading up to the wedding we were assigned Jessica as our day of coordinator and I truly don't know what I would have done without her. She was not only my #1 on our wedding day but helped so much in the weeks leading up to coordinate our vendors, tie up lose ends, and help to keep me calm and sane.

    People say to expect things to go wrong on your wedding day but if something went wrong I have no idea about it because Jessica was so on top of everything and was just the absolute best to work with.

You could truly see her passion in planning weddings. Abbey was always in reach for questions, and would always follow-up with you. She was organized, prepared, and overall gave you a sense of calmness throughout planning and the day of.
