  • Silver Package

    The Silver Package is for the bride and groom who have done the majority of the work and are ready to hand the reins to us so they can enjoy their day to the fullest extent. We will help you finalize last minute details and execute all of your plans day-of to ensure that everything runs smoothly. The Silver Package includes the following:

    • You will be connected with your Graceful Events wedding planner 60 days prior to your wedding day.

    • 1 meeting to go over timeline, floor plan and details of your wedding

    • Unlimited emailing with your planner

    • Assistance with ceremony rehearsal on the day prior

    • 12 hours of day-of service

  • Gold Package

    The Gold Package is for the bride and groom who have booked their vendors, but need assistance filling in the blanks, and pulling the details together. The Gold Package includes the following:

    • You will be connected with your Graceful Events wedding planner 6 months prior to your wedding day.

    • 3 meetings to provide guidance, create a master timeline, and communicate details.

    • Unlimited emailing with your planner

    • Assistance with ceremony rehearsal on the day prior

    • 12 hours of day-of service

  • Platinum Package

    The Platinum Package is the perfect package for the bride and groom looking for the quintessential “wedding planner” experience. Graceful Events will guide you with their expert advice by assisting in organization, vendor selections and management, & coordination. The Platinum Package includes the following:

    • You will be connected with your Graceful Events wedding planner immediately upon booking.

    • 10 meetings to provide guidance, create a master timeline, communicate details, and coordinate with vendors.

    • Unlimited emailing with your planner

    • Rehearsal dinner planning services

    • Assistance with ceremony rehearsal on the day prior

    • Planner becomes point of contact for all vendors

    • 12 hours of day-of service from your planner

    • 8 hours of day-of service from an assistant

    The Diamond Package is for the bride and groom who want to rest assured that everything is taken care of over their three-day wedding weekend. We attend to every detail, big or small, and are here to support you throughout the entire process. Your planner will take your vision and hand select vendors to assist in bringing your design to life, creating an innovative-yet-timeless celebration that you and your guests will remember for years to come. The Diamond Package includes:

    • You will be connected with your Graceful Events wedding planner immediately upon booking.

    • Unlimited hours of planning

    • Unlimited support via email & phone with your planner

    • Assistance with ceremony rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding day, and post-wedding brunch

    • Planner is point of contact for all vendors

    • Unlimited hours of day-of service from your planner

    • 10 hours of day-of service from an assistant

    The Legacy Package is for the client who wants an elevated luxury experience. From Concept to creation, we will be with you every step of the way. Starting with a custom design for your day, the Graceful events team will transform any space into a wedding dream come true. This is our premier package that will help you enjoy the wedding planning experience stress free and be present in all the moments of the day. From big picture details such as overall theme and design to small personal touches such as gift bag assembly, we are here to support you throughout the entire process. The Legacy Package includes:

    • You will be connected with your Graceful Events wedding planner immediately upon booking

    • Unlimited meetings to provide guidance, contract your vendors, budget management, create a master timeline, guest list management, communicate details, communication and coordination with all your vendors

    • Unlimited hours of planning

    • Unlimited support via email & phone with your planner

    • Planner is point of contact for all vendors

    • Assistance with ceremony rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding day, and post-wedding day brunch

    • Unlimited hours of day-of service from your planner

    • A seasoned team on site the day of your wedding to make sure your day is perfect

 Phone Consultation 

Do you find yourself overwhelmed at where to begin in the planning process or do you have doubts about what you may be missing as you cross items off your checklist? Our phone consultations provide professional guidance, are tailored to answer all your questions and put to rest all your worries no matter what stage of the planning process you are in. Phone consultations are $125/hour but if you decide to book any of our packages that fee will be applied towards the package price.
